Comté de Chautauqua : Lodges

« We were not offered a welcome cookie with our name on the board even though Hilton honors guests were listed both days. There were signs regarding a "warm welcome" cookie. A couple times I had questions there was no staff at front desk. Breakfast the second morning was moved to another location and price lowered. We did not know until after we had gone out for breakfast. Dinner in the hotel restaurant on arrival evening was very good and large portions. The location was within walking distance...

« ok »

« Chambre spacieuse, mais salle de bain très petite. L'air climatisé avait peine à refroidir la chambre. Un nettoyage lui aurait donné une chance de mieux performer. Il faut dire aussi qu'il y avait une canicule. »

« The only complaint I have about our stay at the White Inn is that this beautifully renovated hotel has pillows that are like cement. »

« Enjoyable location, helpful staff, great for groups, would be fun for a wedding party. Spiral stairs are a bit of a challenge with no bathroom upstairs but the view is worth it. The train goes by a lot which is charming if you like trains but may be off-putting to some. Salt water hot tub was nice in the evening and sauna after breakfast and a few beach walks made it a memorable stay. »

« Terrible odeur et extrêmement vieillissant. Aucune rénovation faite depuis très longtemps. Propre pour autant si on a le nez bouché. Prix absolument pas adapté (160) »

« This was the most I have ever paid for such a mediocre hotel room. Carpet was stained and ripped, mattresses were old and you could feel the springs, there was an unidentified black stain above the shower, etc. I do not recommend it »

« Toilette sale, plancher sale, bruyant, douche pas attrayante, manque de ménage, chauffage ne fonctionne pas bien et bruyant »

« The host was great. The host was fast with communication. The property was great. It had everything we needed. We were in the area for Wine and Chocolate and the location was perfect. Will definitely book again. »

« The hospitality from the hosts was beyond what we expected and the property in the countryside was full of charm and very comfortable. When our travels take us back to the area, we will definitely be staying there again. »
