« The location was very convenient for us. However, when we arrived the floors and toilet were visibly dirty. It was disappointing to have to clean upon arrival. Under the beds were VERY dirty. There was cat hair visible on the rug. The outside dogs on property are very sweet but they are constantly trying to come inside. The dogs also chewed up two pairs of my children’s shoes. « We found the Rustic Railroad Studio as described. It was neat, tidy, and conveniently located for our mid-Missouri visit to family for a wedding.The new appliances and fixtures were nice to use. Many overhead light fixtures make the space bright, and most lights have dimmer switches for a low-lit atmosphere.Conar is an attentive host and helped us by providing extra hangers for our wedding clothes.We found the location near a train crossing to be exciting. « What an amazing place to stay, in the heart of Boonville! At Debi’s place, you are close to restaurants, bars, the Katy trail & numerous Main Street shops & activities. Debi was an excellent host, made sure we had everything we needed & offered great suggestions for our little getaway. The place itself is cozy, exceptionally clean, well decorated & equipped with everything we needed. There is a full kitchen, an extremely comfortable bed & a smart TV. We can’t wait to come back! »
