« The whole apartment was clean fresh..,the decor was lovely blue is my favorite color…kitchen was stocked with essentials..there is no oven but a stove top… The bedroom was comfortable and big with a patio to sit outside…there is no view other than the apartment building.. « I do not recommend this rental for the price, It smelled like mold, very musky, the listing on Virbo stated “laundry”, but there was no place to wash clothes ((traveled with children @ the beach!)), holes in the wall, paint chipped on the walls, the PVC pipe leaked constantly in the shower celling. « The townhome was exactly as listed. There was a difference in between the check-in email showing 3 PM check-in and another document showing 4 PM check-in but the host let us enter at 3 PM and I sent them screenshot so they could adjust the documentation. This was helpful to us and we really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely return again to this unit. « The condo itself was super cute! Nicely decorated and a great view of the pool and ocean. Unfortunately the property was not so good. Elevators didn’t work (and this is a top floor condo), run down exterior, and domestic violence 2 nights in a row below us, to the point my grandchildren were afraid. The hosts have a cute little condo with a great view on a property that definitely could be better. »

« We had a very good stay overall. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the nice balcony. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. There was an unexpected water leak before check-in, but the host kept us informed, resolved the issue quickly, and even provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. We really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. We would definitely stay here again. »

« The room is great for a small family with smaller children. They will love the bunk beds!! The view of the ocean from the balcony can't be beat, and it's just steps across the Seawall to get to the beach!
