« We booked this beach house as a last minute family trip. It could not have been better! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Whenever I had a question the response from Tony was always quick. The beach chairs and beach toys were super nice to have there already so we only had to bring a few more. Everything was great, I’d highly recommend anyone to stay in this house if you have a big crowd! »

« This was our third stay at the Windsor House and we love it every time. The location is perfect on a quiet street but close to everything. The house has become a key part of our summer holiday and it feels like returning home every time we arrive. It is very functional and the kitchen is stocked with essentials. « We loved the location and communication with the owner. An 8 minute walk to the waterfront and evwn closer (2 minutes) to the Farmer's Market. Note is that the driveway is pretty narrow so no room to turn around (so you need to either back into the drive or back into the road when leaving. Only other thing was we did feel the yard needed to be mowed/trimmed. Besides that minor observation, we loved staying here and would do so again. »

« This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room to accommodate our eleven adults and one grandchild. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use through the week. Both were clean and well maintained. Deck space was plenty for our group to spread out. Great ocean view and nice, clean beach. The two kitchens was a nice plus (especially the two refrigerators- one for food, one for beverages. Would happily stay here again. »

« We had the most amazing vacation here! The whole place is extremely calming, with a superb pool and hot tub that made it feel like a true getaway. The walk to the beach couldn’t be easier, it’s right on one of the best stretches of beach, and the lookout is so extraordinarily beautiful. One of the highlights was the master bedroom, you can literally see the beach right from the bed, like something straight out of a movie. Everything about this place is spectacular. « It was a fun experience to stay in such a unique spot. My teen and I enjoyed the kayaks at sunset. And waking up to that view was lovely. Our hosts had a lot of nice touches with the coffee station, snacks and nice bath products. (And while the location is a little unusual, road traffic wasn’t really too bad with the air conditioning on.) it was really cool to stay right on the water in a former fishing cabin, while still being easily able to explore Swansboro, Cedar Point and Emerald Isle. »
