« The associates were very nice. There was no guidance if you needed something for the condo. The staff doesn't tell you how to get anything when checking in and the map is horrible. When going to the beach or hot tubs there was only ONE sign after going thru many doors. Then you have to backtrack and hope you pick the right door to get you to the right destination. The place was clean along with the pools and hot tub. »

« Room was very clean and neat. The check-in and check out process was very simple and straightforward. The room had a full size refrigerator/freezer which was nice and a stove, microwave, sink, and utensils if needed. The host did a great job with maximizing the space in the room and with the decorations, giving it a definite beachy feel. We had excellent communication from the host.
