« Absolutely loved the location, easy 10 min walk to downtown, didn't have to wprry about finding parking. Room was perfectly adequate for our needs, only complaints were there was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom when we got there and the parking lot has spaces at very weird angles to each other so it took some driving gymnastics to get out of the parking lot, but all in all would stay there again. »

« The room was clean and quiet. It was a little smaller than what I had expected, but it served its purpose well. I did have some issues checking in, but that was because the instructions went to the wrong email. No fault of theirs. The host was great, but the person she referred me to speak to seemed very annoyed with me. I felt like I was interrupting her day with my questions about check in. Altogether, it was a good experience. »

« We have stayed in Eureka over the past 30 years hundreds of times. This was properties location & amenities are second to none! Our just was extremely communicative & our stay was excellent! »

« The bed was against the wall and very inconvenient for two travelers. Handsoap for the bathroom would’ve been nice. Otherwise the owner was nice and quick to respond. The instructions were confusing and could’ve been more specific. I saw the directions for the upper level in communication when we were in the lower unit. Bed was very uncomfortable. »

« Room was perfect and the reserved parking spot was a great deal. We were able to come and go as we pleased and never had to worry about finding a parking spot when we returned. The room was nice and updated. Would definitely recommend staying here if your going to be staying in downtown. You can walk to everything. Also the host was very responsive when we had any questions. »

« We visited here and stayed in the Presidential for our 40th anniversary. This property was extremely clean and has huge spacious rooms. Dining out in Eureka Springs is expensive, the full kitchen allows you to make most of your own meals there. Each room has its own master bath with jacuzzi tub. This property is just far enough out of town to have quiet mornings on the porch watching nature, but close enough you are still less than 15 minutes from most of the attractions. The hosts were...
