« Such a nice spot! The inside was perfectly fine, but the outdoor space is truly the highlight. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you need for water adventures—kayaks, paddle boards, a pedal boat, plus life jackets for all ages. « The home was clean, spacious, bright, and conveniently close to shopping. The firepit by the lake was a fantastic feature that made for cozy evenings filled with s’mores and great conversation. Having our dogs with us was such a special part of the trip, and the small beach right on the lake made it easy for them to splash around and enjoy the water. « Lovely stay! Can’t be more grateful for all of the space! We enjoyed the deck and view. The downstairs area was the perfect hang out area with space for the kids to play and adults to talk. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The water boats were a great addition the kids enjoyed in the river. Adults enjoyed taking the chairs out to the dock. A little older home, but everything seemed clean with some updates noticeable and updates in progress. We really enjoyed our time. »

« This was such a wonderful property in a nice location on the lake. The house has been recently renovated and has modern amenities and decor. A screened in patio to relax on, sprawling property down to the lake and the boathouse including a nice fire pit, and a parking lot that can easily accommodate two vehicles or a vehicle and a small trailer. It's nestled into a corner of the lake so you only have neighbors to one side, and everything was very quiet and peaceful. This was an excellent choice...

« This place had everything included that you would usually have to pay extra for or don't have the option to have it at all. Private beach, dock, volleyball court, canoe, paddle board, life jackets, and hot tub for the extra price of 0 dollars. They were all included. Consider that because it was super convenient. The house is also a mile away from a Marina so you can drop in and out boats and skis very easily. Also have gas on site. »

« We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen and the screened in porch. Beds were all very comfortable, and there is plenty of space throughout the house for the family to spread out and enjoy. We hope to stay here again! »

« Heron' Cove is a great location with plenty of room for our family group of eight adults and four children under 10. We were in VA for our Son's wedding in Mineral, VA. The layout was perfect for our needs. We are already talking about a return trip. Fully equip kitchen (w/two refrigerators) made meals a breeze.
