« Upon arrival, we observed (a) the toilet exhaust was dysfunctional and could not login to WIFI. We could not contact VBRO (very disappointing). We left a voice mail for Helen's Cleaning Service (Phone contact on Fridge). Helen was very kind and passed our message to the owner. The owner phoned me and we sent her a picture and a video of the WIFI Modem. After a couple of hours, the owner messaged that Telstra conducted tests and requested us to check and report.
