« We loved the location right on Payne Lake which is swimable. The view of the lake and mountains in Waterton was spectacular and we loved sitting out on the deck in the evening. We rented the upper half of the house. Just be aware that sound does travel from the bottom house rental to the upper house rental. The soundproofing of the floor is pretty good in the bedrooms but the door that can be opened between units does not stop noise transfer. The owner of the property was excellent and worked...

« The large home was supplied with everything you would need-great kitchen and dining table-lots of stools around the kichen island. Very well stocked with all kitchen needs, spices, coffee, and other foods. Good bedroom space nice bathrooms, one set up as everygirls dream! With lights, hairdryer and robes. Fantastic fenced yard great for dogs and kids. BBQ grill and comphy chairs outside. Loved sitting outside to listen to the vast array of birds. Interesting artwork and decor - cozy and homey...

« The house was spotless and even nicer than the pictures. I have never used Vrbo before and it was all so easy. The hosts were unbelievably accommodating even going so far as to boost one of our cars when it wouldn't start. I would recommend this house and its' hosts to anyone. »

Bedrooms in the basement were not clean and had many dead and alive spiders. It seemed like the bedrooms were not recently attended to. The shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest and had dirt and hair in the drain. We had a severe security concern midway through our stay. One night when we returned, one of the lock keypads was no longer taking...
