« Master bed doona cover was dirty on arrival, as were several cups and a pan. Spent the rest of our stay wondering what else was not clean.Mountains of pillows on the beds, rooms somewhat cluttered with superfluous ornaments. The property manager showed up unannounced on the first morning of our stay for no apparent reason and hassled us about payment for the whole stay, despite not providing a secure payment link per instructions from Stayz. The list of house rules included not being allowed to...

« Sunshine retreat villa 7 is a comfortable, clean, well appointed unit with many good facilities. However while there are 2 split systems and 2 TV's, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom, only one of the remote controls was working so we had to keep taking it from one room to the other. Also the bedroom tv wasn't working at all. This villa is in an excellent location near the main street about 10 min walk into town. »

« We recently stayed with Valley Ranges Getaways and unfortunately had a mixed experience.Toward the end of our stay, we discovered water leaking through a ceiling downlight into the living room. This was quite concerning given it involved water coming through an electrical fixture, and it impacted our ability to use the main living area comfortably. We have photo and video evidence of this.We reported the issue after checkout and were disappointed that no compensation was offered. While we...

« The house was beautiful for a few days off. The owner came down a day before we checked out and he was wonderful. However cleanliness was just not to standard. We paid for air fresheners, rubbish bags, toilet paper, cleaning wipes and sprays. The pool was unclean and wasn’t usable as the agent initially telling us to just flick the switch on then claimed that it didn’t work. Wasn’t until the owner came down a day before check out that it was fixed but it was too cold that day. Overall was really...

16. Earimil Villas - Villa 2

Mount Eliza

« We were visiting from Scotland. Our son and his family live in Mount Eliza and Earimil villa provided us with our own space but nearby to them for spending time with them.We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to a beach, comfy bed and luxurious bathroom. Also a nice private outdoor space with a covered area with 2 comfortable chairs. An outdoor kitchen for cooking and well resourced indoor kitchen area. Only recommendation for improvement would be darker blinds that totally cover windows. »
