« The house was beautiful for a few days off. The owner came down a day before we checked out and he was wonderful. However cleanliness was just not to standard. We paid for air fresheners, rubbish bags, toilet paper, cleaning wipes and sprays. The pool was unclean and wasn’t usable as the agent initially telling us to just flick the switch on then claimed that it didn’t work. « As soon as I arrived I noticed the grass wasn’t cut. It was up to my knees - front and backyard so seems like it hasn’t had any attention in weeks. There were pieces of wood just laying in a pile in the backyard which isn’t ideal for kids as they were a hazard. I thought the inside would be better so I was willing to let it go but the inside was a disappointment!
