« Everything was great, the only issue we had was the door lock for the balcony was broken and so the door was unlocked while we were there. It was no big deal as we were on the third floor. Parking was easy, but is accessed through the shopping centre carpark the appartments sit above. We were met at the entrance and guided to the building’s secure car park. Harry was great in communicating with, and meeting us, on arrival. »

« Booked the property through Expedia but it was a property managed by partner Stayz. Both agencies sent confirmation notices but there was no check-in information. I didn't hear anything and got worried so I phoned a number and got a random help line. The property had been gone for a couple of weeks. I then had to scramble to find somewhere else. Much angst. Added expense. Loss of time. I still need to chase my refund. Not impressed at all. Expedia has never disappointed me in the past. Hopefully...

« This is one of my favorite stays when ever I travel to Melbourne. It is within walking distance to shops, a variety of good quality takeaways, public transport and work. ticks all the boxes for me. »

« The apartment was comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our break here. Access to the unit via code was great as we weren’t trying to keep a key safe and it gave our family flexibility. It was just as expected based on the photos. Would recommend to family and friends. The location is perfect - easy stroll to the main street, lovely beach strolls and park just across the road and it’s quiet too - even when the Easter markets were just outside.
