« We had a lovely stay in the Bakers Cabin. We were delighted to discover that, not only did it have cold - and hot! - running water and electricity, it also had baseboard heating. Super comfy beds, almost-fully-equipped kitchen (everything except an oven), ample firewood. The community bathhouse is clean, modern and beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is gorgeous, set in an aspen wood with great views of the sunset hitting Hahn’s Peak. There is even a friendly cat that escorted us...

« The Cabin is absolutely off grid offering total seclusion. The host was great, offering assistance for what ever we might need both prior to and during our stay. For those willing to stretch their legs, there is great hunting and fishing with in a 20 minute ATV ride away from cabin. ATV trails go for ever. The elk hunt was a great success. We scouted, hunted hard and had great success. »

« Beautiful setting! It was unfortunate that the lake access changed between when I made the reservation and it our arrival. We we unable to use it as advertised. There were several mice, we saw them running around daily. There were mouse droppings on one of the beds upon arrival. The house creaked a lot, enough that some people had trouble sleeping. The house is located far from the pin, and the directions the host sent were not clear. »
