« The cabin was dirty; light switches grimey, dirt on walls, cob webs on stair case, hot tub was very dirty (we kept scooping out brown foam) and our arms and legs were covered in brown scum when we got out. I went upstairs to shower and there very little water coming out of the shower then the water stopped completely. « We were to be in the Green Chalet (the word chalet is quite misleading). Informed host we would be arriving late. Chalet could only be identified by the roof colour, which in the dark is not visible. A sign on the cabin would have been helpful. The breakfast (an additional charge) was watery scrambled eggs, cold pancakes, dry bread, frozen raspberries. The manager was to be in at 8:00, finally showed up at 8:25. The other staff were unable to assist with check-in. As a result, we were unable to...
