« Little to no communication. Bathroom floors and dishes were dirty. Three forks, four plates, and a few random bowls were in the kitchen. We had to use plastic silverware. I really wanted to provide my college kids a home cooked meal while I was in town but we ended up having to order and reheat. No check out documents were provided even after they were requested. The common area was very noisy until late in the night- most of the windows looked out onto this area. »

« I had to make considerable effort to reach the host for check-in instructions. the unit was in very poor condition including damaged walls, doors and floors. The kitchen was also improperly stocked. The deck is a safety hazard! This unit has considerable “wear and tear” with no visible attempts to bring it back up the standard for the price paid. First time I was dissatisfied with a VRBO stay. »
