He did not respond in a timely manner, and when issues came up during our stay, we were unable to reach him until the morning of checkout even after multiple attempts to call and message. « We were a group of 5 "senior-aged" couples traveling together and the home was just what we needed. It was like stepping into Philadelphia's historic glory, so walkable and close to great restaurants, and the Philly sights. It added a great deal to our Philly experience. »

« From the moment we arrived we knew our stay was going to be great. Parking was easy, the street around the corner had ample space for our two cars during the stay. We came and went with ease.
