« The Colonial House was absolutely perfect in every way. Dawn is an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. The location is fantastic, close to great shopping and dining, yet the room itself was incredibly calming and serene. It felt cozy, homey, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This was one of those stays where you immediately feel at ease. I can’t recommend The Colonial House highly enough and will absolutely be staying here again! »

« The property was very clean. It was a perfect first floor set up for the adults and upstairs space for the kiddos. There was many extra kitchen and bathroom amenities available. Maria was always quick to communicate with any questions. »

« Great little stay - look forward to coming back again in the future! After a LONG drive up the east coast if felt nice to stay somewhere homey feeling and not a stark hotel on the side of an Interstate HW. Room had all the amenities we needed, the company and breakfast from the staff was warm and delicious. Neighboring restaurant was a nice place to eat/drink in the evenings. Cute town to walk around in. Parking was SO easy. Great relaxing stay we will do again with future student drop offs...
