« Our family had a great time! House was clean, cozy, and had everything we need. The kids love the easy access to the pool and jacuzzi spa, seeing the goats and free-range chicken and roosters, and wild deers around the property. »

« Check in was fine. And overall the stay was good. However there was an issue with a leaking fixture (the owner fixed it the next day) and there were ants encountered in some of the bedrooms. The owner indicated that they planned to call an exterminator, so im sure this has already been remedied. »

« This was a great property for our friends getaway visit to Austin. The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was the perfect location for a weekend visit for a concert at Emo’s on Friday night and floating the San Marcos River on Saturday, while still very close to all the other things to see and do in Austin. « The property is beautiful and It was clean. There are good amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. The 6th bedroom is more of an office space than a bedroom. Wish we would have known that the master bedroom didn’t have its own closet or bathroom. One of the back doors did not lock. We would have like to have had more towels to accommodate everyone. Not really having much control over the use of the hot tub was kind of an bummer but the host was pretty responsive with help. The T.V. remotes had...

« We had a great experience renting all 3 bottom units for the week and an additional upstairs unit for a few extra days. The venue was very accommodating to all of our needs and requests. We stayed over the Christmas holiday so the venue's bars and stages were closed during most of our stay, but be aware it can get loud at night when fully open and from neighboring bars. Really enjoyed the space and hospitality overall. Having the live music and smores on our last night was a perfect ending! »

« Everything was clean, Rod was very accommodating, food truck at the corner of the street, big backyard with fire and ping-pong table. The only missing part was a table inside to eat all the family together when it was colder outside, but we already knew it with the pictures. We would come back. »
