« We visited for a quick weekend trip. Kitchen had all of the essentials. Plenty of towels. House was very clean. Bathrooms well stocked. Close to Gruene, nice dining, and the rivers. 10/10! »

« This is great spot on the river. The view of the river and waterfall is beautiful. This spot on the river sits below where all the tube rides get out so you don't have to see or hear a bunch of tubers. The kayak for two was a nice touch and we enjoyed being on the river. If I'm ever in the Hill Country again, this is where I'll stay. »

« Overall, very nice stay. It was very clean and easy to access/check in. WiFi was spotty and TVs didn’t work. It also says sleeps 10 but only sleeps 8. »

« Perfect house with amazing views! The house was was well stocked with essentials (soap, trash bags, laundry pods) and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, and the living room had plenty of seating. We would absolutely book again. Great place! »

« Great quiet place near the shops and gruene hall, pet friendly needs pest control we had roaches in bedroom while sleeping and in shower. I understand the old rustic theme but the critters can be prevented. »

« The check in was very easy- the main living space was nice and open. The kitchen was very nice with a gas stove and plenty of space for all of us to eat together. We did wash dishes before we used them which is actually common in rentals.The couches which fold out to beds were not very clean or comfortable. We covered them with blankets. The beds in all the bedrooms were very comfortable. There was plenty of closet and storage space to put our clothesThere was shampoo, conditioner and soap...

« It's VERY important to know that the host will reach out to you ON THE DAY OF CHECK IN for this property, not the listed 24 hrs prior. I panicked at first, but then Nickie- hostess, was super kind, generous, and thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed, and our group of ten loved the house and plan to come stay again. The house itself is gorgeous, spacious, and has lovely views of the lake. Is WAY BETTER in person than in the photos! :) »
