« Absolutely beautiful, beyond expectations. The unit looked brand new! Very comfortable, amazing kitchen, porch out overlooking the lawns by the river. Go down the steps off the patio and be at the river in moments! You can smell the bbq from Gruene it is so close!!! Parking is phenomenal, even wide disabled spots. I cannot say enough about this property- we would be hard pressed to stay anywhere else in the future, we will be back! »

« We were very disappointed in our experience on this stay and felt the condo and setting were not adequately described on VRBO. The condo is in a dilapidated, sketchy area. We are experienced and tolerant travelers, but arriving at the condo, we were concerned that the area was not safe to park our cars, and we certainly would not feel safe walking around at night. There were several men hanging around, beat up cars and the smell of weed.The building across from the rental unit was falling...

« We truly enjoyed our time here! Very clean and comfortable place to spend our time. It was also very conveniently located to multiple different areas of Austin which made it very easy to come & go as we wanted. It really felt like we had a homebase in Austin! Owners were very communicative up front - we didn't have any issues while we there, but I have no doubt they would have been responsive if we did! »

« Very comfortable and clean condo, kitchen utilities were adequate to cook everything that we wanted. We have not experienced any noise disturbance, the view was really nice from the balcony, we could enjoy the sunset there.An advice for anyone who would like to use a bike: unfortunately my bike lock was cut on the street, so it is recommended to bring your bike upstairs, it is the safer option.Rooftop pool was spectacular, it was never too crowded, we had a really good time here, apartment is...
