« Great location »

« Clean, great location. Best value »

« This property overall is excellent pool area and amenities are very nice. We have requested a unit on the second floor, but received one on the third floor. In addition the unit was to have a queen size bed and I’m quite sure it was really a double which made it a little uncomfortable for a couple. The unit also did not have a hairdryer and when I tried to report it, the communication was very poor and I never received a hairdryer. »

The hosts know how to make you feel welcome, and the guests seem to instinctively respect the atmosphere. Everyone is there to have a wonderful time, and everyone contributes to making it special. A huge shout-out...

« Excellent apartment very big perfect location with great gym and swimming pool had everything we needed would recommend 100% »

« roomy and nice location, but the room was too dirty. We had to clean the room before staying »

« Clean, quiet, close to everything. »

« All communication was directed through apps that did not work. Telephone communication was machine answer and long waits with no resolution when a human was reached. There was no onsite assistance available. Yet I was charged a resort fee. There were maintenance issues and they never responded. A smoke alarm was going off continuously when we arrived. That was considered nonemergent. We were forced to climb on a rickety chair to remove it. I wonder what the fire Marshal in New Braunfels would...
