« We had a very easy and relaxing experience. Everything in the house was in great working condition. Our two boys had a great time with all of the games and toys that were at the house. Both boys loved the basketball game. The house was perfectly set up for a small family. Everything we wanted to do Big Trees hiking and White Pines lake was only about a 5 to 10 min drive away. Small market right down the street was great for any last minute items that you might need. We will return! Thank you! »

« Enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the Stonehaus cabin »

« My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at your cabin. One small suggestion is to put some curtains up in the downstairs area where the 3rd bed is located. At night it's something that would have helped the person who slept downstairs be more comfortable overnight. Otherwise we enjoyed the deck, seeing deer walk through the yard and a particularly vocal squirrel that kept us company while having morning coffee on the deck. :-) »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and clean and the hot tub was a plus - especially because we got a May snow storm! House location was great also, very close to town and attractions. Communication with the homeowner was fabulous, owner was responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend this vacation rental. »

« Great location in the Blue Lake Springs community. We loved the Access to two private lakes, and the huge pool. Minutes to Big Trees State Park, and White Pines Lake. Cabin had more than enough games to keep my 3 kids busy. Neighbors were very nice as well. Would stay here again! »

« The only issue was the bbq propane was out on two tanks but the owner quickly rectified the situation by telling us where the extra tanks were stored. Great place! We’ll be back!! »

« Clean, comfortable cabin. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. Close to Lake Alpine which was fun for snowshoeing and minutes away from Calaveras Big Trees. We enjoyed the pool table and the large table where we played board games in the evening. »

« Absolutely one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. Would definitely return. Even though there were adjacent cabins, they weren’t too close. Only one of the neighbors had a party one night. But our chalet had very good sound insulation and we didn’t hear any noise unless we went outside. Be aware if you drive a full-sized pickup or large SUV that that the drive way can seem narrow and there is no way to turn around at the house. It worked out fine, because there is not a lot of traffic on the...

« We were very happy to stay at the cabin. It is very good. There are good quality kitchen appliance, plates cups. We were able to find everything that we need and even more. Thank you for extra salt ,seasoning and all the stuff that you usually forget to bring. It was very clean. Very big place and we enjoyed. There are a lot of games for kids. We enjoy staying there. »

« The cabin is well situated, less than 30 min from the Bear Valley ski resort. It's very clean, well equipped, and highly functional. We found it very spacious and it exceeded our expectations. Very clear and prompt communication with the host. We would definitely rent it again. »
