« The property grounds are lovely, both at the front entry and at the back patio. The beds were quite comfortable, including heating blankets to help fight the fall chill while we were in town. Also appreciated the eggs and milk waiting for us in the fridge.We were visiting Bathurst for my son’s ultimate frisbee tournament, so the onsite washer and dryer came in handy. We enjoyed the easy and beautiful river walk from the rental to Learmonth Park each day. »

« We stayed at Old Alloway for a long weekend as part of our first-ever book club retreat—and it was a complete success. The house is absolutely stunning, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, and the peaceful, secluded setting made it feel like a true escape. Yet, we were only 10 minutes from the heart of Bathurst, which made exploring the local area easy and enjoyable. We thoroughly loved our stay and couldn’t recommend Old Alloway...

« This place is amazing it’s so beautiful every detail is thought of and the hosts are amazing. For all ages. Going in winter yes can be cold but the house heating and activities were not hindered in any way. We cannot wait to have another stay there soon. Highly recommend. Kids grandparents teens dog all perfect. The animals and wildlife birds echidnas kangaroos deer even the cows we helped feed. »
