« Absolutely 5-star stay. It looks exactly like the pictures! Beautifully clean, excellent bathroom, and perfect location. There are lots of food and entertainment options within easy walking distance. Please prepare to spend some time finding a place to park—the host does a very thorough job helping guests prepare for this, which we appreciated very much! Out-of-towners may be dismayed to learn how difficult Philadelphia parking can be. This is NOT at all a mark against the host or property, just...

« The house was beautiful and very recently renovated with great beach theme. It is one block from the beautiful beach and it was convenient that there was outdoor shower and some chairs for sitting outside. Samantha was a wonderful and communicative host. »

« Great place to stay at. Close to many restaurants, walking distance to the university campus but a great plus that parking was included. Place had the essentials you needed and kitchen was stocked with all kinds of appliances. Spacious area and beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and parking was included. Would stay here again, would recommend to family and friends. »

« My family and I were a party of 7, and we all enjoyed staying at this property. The home is spacious with two full bathrooms, which is a huge plus, especially coming back from the beach and needing to shower. The supermarket was a close drive, and we bought food and snacks for dinner and breakfast. Cooking was a breeze- everything worked and it was nice that pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc were provided. The beach is only a few blocks away, so we left our vehicle at the property and we walked...

« Spacious property with a nice balcony view of pool and AC skyline. Short walk to the beach, this was a perfect rental for my family. »

« This place is amazing. It was clean and well maintained. Most importantly, it is right on the beach and has a roof top deck that has the most amazing view.If you need a small space that gives all the benefits of being right on the beach, this is the spot.I will definitely book again! »

« Our stay was for one week. The location was quiet, clean and we always had available parking. The pool on the premises was an extra perk and the beach was a few steps away. Completely happy with our experience and would stay here again! »

« This was our first trip to Brigantine and loved the feel of this little island. This location was fantastic just steps away from the beach, which had great lifeguards and in the opposite direction the bay with beautiful sunsets. The house has new kitchen and furnishing. The beds were very comfortable just make sure you bring ample bedding including your own comforters they just provide very thin throw blankets and pillows. Each room had an air conditioner in the window which worked really well...

« Family of 4 with two small kids - this was the perfect spot for us! Proximity to the beach, comforts of the home, and a fenced in patio was the cherry on top. Kitchen had everything you could need and loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Great host - thanks again! »
