« The host interaction was pretty much non-existent, only responded to one message the day before we were supposed to check in. The vent in the living room was disgusting. There were a couple holes in the wall, broken things, no window coverings downstairs, etc. The beds were comfortable but there were no extra blankets. The appliances were nice. The parking was nice for 3 or 4 vehicles. The location was easy to get to. »

« The location was perfect for our gathering situated right outside the entrance to Backbone State Park with a golf course right next door to the park. Shari reached out to understand what our plans were to make sure that we had everything we needed including a grill, ice and firewood. Shari was very responsive and answered all of my questions. « Easy to find and well located between Cedar Falls and Waterloo. Check in and checkout were very smooth. Unit was clean and well laid out for a family of four. Kitchen does not have extensive supplies but worked fine for basic breakfasts and snacks. TV and wifi worked without issue. Washer and dryer also worked well. Host was responsive when asked a question via text. We’d stay here again! »

« This was the best VRBO my family and I have ever stayed at. The host was very communicative and even offered date-specific community event ideas. The view from the property was absolutely beautiful, and the area was very quiet. My family of 6 comfortably fit in the house, and we could have probably fit a couple more quite comfortably as well. If we end up heading back to Iowa, we will be trying to reserve this home again. STRONGLY recommend! »
