« I was extremely pleased with the cottage house. The location by the marina was perfect and the Owner was very helpful with instructions. »

« The location was perfect, and we understood this was an older property. Access to the beach was easy and close by, just a few feet off the deck. This meant stunning, sunrises and gorgeous sunsets.Our only concern was that the house did not appear to have been cleaned well prior to our arrival. »

« We had no problems. Dogs enjoyed back yard. Appliances were very good. Had all the things we needed in the kitchen. Tv had more than enough things to watch. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was adequate but quite small if you would need more room there. Very good stay for a couple. We enjoyed our stay. »

« House was nice, beds were comfortable, the view was great, and the close access to the beach was awesome. Only issues were the door to the master bath didn't close and there was only 1 accessible closet (the other 3 closets were locked for owner use only). »

« Year 3 on the island and we feel like we're becoming pros. It can be stressful with all the logistics re: packing, labeling, ferrying, traming, but once you experience it the first time and realize how lovely and organized everyone is, you get to set it and forget it! We're more of the Shoal's ilk and these units have been perfect for our fam of 4. The BHI club is still requiring reservations (3-hr slots I think) since the pandemic and I can't bear the thought of keeping to a schedule while on...
