« Tout est à rénover! On nous a attribué une première chambre! Terrible, mobilier très abîmé, coffre-fort posé par terre. On a demandé une autre chambre, les fenêtres ne fermaient pas donc très bruyant sans parler de la porte avec un jour de 3 cm en dessous, prise de courant qui ne fonctionnait pas. Et j'en passe. Par contre la chambre était délabrée mais propre, bref je ne mettrai plus jamais les pieds là. À éviter! »

« We enjoyed our stay at the blue iguana. The owner was very responsive to any communication (within about 10-20 mins). The home was clean and the neighborhood quiet. The beds were all very comfortable. The location is about 15-20 mins away from the beaches. My family enjoyed the outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool table. I would recommend this property if staying in the Ft. Lauderdale area. »

« I would not recommend this property. The cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. We encountered cockroaches throughout the house, noticed rust in several areas, and the shower water came out yellow. The kitchen had a persistent unpleasant smell, and some bedrooms lacked fans, making them uncomfortably hot. « We had a really nice stay overall and truly enjoyed the home. It was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our girls trip.However, there were a few issues that were disappointing, including the oven hood not working, the hot tub being inoperable during our stay, and several blinds being broken to the point that we were instructed not to open them in a 7,000 sq. ft. home.
