« We had a lovely stay! The location is great if you want to get away from everything. We loved the cedar hot tub- so relaxing! The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Very comfy mattresses as well. My husband enjoyed the record collection - the house has a lot of character! Plenty of books and space to read. Lots of nice hiking and exploring in the area. « We are a group of 9 (3 families, 6 parents and 3 older teens). We stay in the area every year in November before ski season, for a few big hikes and some time at the waterslides, pool and hot tub. This was the best property of all. It was very spacious, clean, and a very short walk to Hope Lake Lodge. It's great if you have some early risers and some late sleepers. Unfortunately, we couldn't get it hot enough for a proper steam experience. But other than that, the house is super charming and has everything for an unforgettable weekend in the country. »

« The host was so amazingly responsive. The cottage is beautiful; the grounds are beautiful. It is very private, as described with lovely views and so much space! My dog had a blast running laps around the yard. Sunrises were really lovely, either from the screened in porch, the deck in the yard, the dock, and even the window of the primary bedroom. « Really cozy & well kept home. Unfortunately water table too low to put in kayak at house, but dock great to sit on & chill. Deck is terrific—has covered & uncovered sections which is really sweet. Easy drive to excellent hiking. All amenities also easy access by car. »

« Another great stay here (this was our 2nd time). The place is conveniently located to our family in Conklin and close to I81 for trips elsewhere. It was nice and peaceful by the river and we enjoyed watching the ducks and geese. The place was just as advertised, clean, and well-appointed. Will definitely stay here again. »
