« This is a small, tight, but charming cottage in a nice neighborhood. The only downside is that the bathrrom is on the ground floor while the two bedrooms are on the second floor up/down a narrow, steep stairway. This wasn't a terrible problem, as the owner has done a good job of lighting and improving the stairway. But those with limited mobility would find this a challenge. »

« My two week stay over the holidays couldn’t have been better. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and very private over the detached garage. The owners are very accommodating, pleasant and easy to communicate with. The apartment has everything one needs and is quite comfortable. Looking forward to staying again when in the area. »

« Delightful! The island is quiet but not completely isolated in winter, making for a tranquil stay. This lovely cottage is in pristine condition, with carefully chosen amenities and appliances, and decorated thoughtfully. « My husband and I were visiting the area for an annual clambake. This cute, comfy cottage and location was a great temporary home for us! Rob found a blouse that I left in the closet and shipped it to me! I mean... how nice is that! Thank you Rob! The next time I am in the Narragansett area I will definitely choose this cottage. It is really in the perfect location! And it is much better than staying at a Hotel - for price and comfort! See you next year! »
