« This is a small, tight, but charming cottage in a nice neighborhood. The only downside is that the bathrrom is on the ground floor while the two bedrooms are on the second floor up/down a narrow, steep stairway. This wasn't a terrible problem, as the owner has done a good job of lighting and improving the stairway. But those with limited mobility would find this a challenge. »

« Delightful! The island is quiet but not completely isolated in winter, making for a tranquil stay. This lovely cottage is in pristine condition, with carefully chosen amenities and appliances, and decorated thoughtfully. Matt (host) was quickly responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We highly recommend! »

« The home was perfect for a Christmas on the Cape with our son 19 year old son who is stationed nearby for the Coast Guard. We cooked, played games, and watched Christmas movies. We are so thankful for the wonderful house to do so. The only issue was parking was tight. »

The owners are very accommodating, pleasant and easy to communicate with. The apartment has everything one needs and is quite comfortable. Looking forward to staying again when in the area. »
