« I was visiting Sebastian Inlet State Park to photograph wildlife and this was a perfect location right on the beach and close to the park. There is one restaurant within walking distance and several others less than 10 minutes away. Lodging was clean, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. »

« This place was perfect to relax for a couple days (or even longer if you have the chance). Right on the beach, very quiet even though it seemed like most of the rooms were booked, and had a perfect sunrise each morning right over the ocean. Wish we would have stayed a few days longer! Rockies is a new coffee shop right up the road and it was incredible, the owners were so nice and welcoming! »

« Our room didn’t face the river and as a couple away for a romantic weekend, yet when we let the hosts know, they were able to accommodate us by moving rooms. We were extremely grateful for their willingness to ensure we were satisfied with our room and in future would be more specific in our request. For a family, it’s also a perfect place to stay, incredible sunsets ✹ »

« It was very nice to stay by the wayer but not quite at the beach. We were able to enjoy wayer without getting sandy. It was awesome that there were kayaks and paddleboards, but other guests didn't seem to respect the property by putting everything back on the racks. I feel like an extra charge to use the equipment might encourage people to treat it better. »
