« Parking was okay. Kitchen was shared and we did no cooking. Bathroom not so nice. Pipe in sink leaked so message was posted to use just a little water. Toilet did not flush well. Owner had to flush it for me twice. A/C unit too small for converted garage where bed was. Really hard to sleep on futon with a foam overlay due to valleys and uneven sides. It was very hot also. Owner was cordial; however. Nothing to do in area. »

« Love this place! Beautiful home and very nostalgic. Greeted with the sound of the waves crashing. My room had a view of the ocean over a desk. So nice for the work space I needed. The house host and staff were excellent! Homemade stuffed croissants that were a family recipe was so delicious. They had great information on things to do. Heated pool was great for the weather in April. My only regret is not booking longer! Definitely will be back! »

« The location in old cocoa village is excellent, the B&B staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. The historic building is very charming. At the end of the day you can sip wine on the back deck. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. »
