« This place was perfect for my husband and I who were looking for a place to stay while my son was at spring training. It is in a great location, very close to the beach and restaurants. It was witching walking distance of a Mexican restaurant, Italian and ice cream. It was safe and clean. The size was perfect for the two ofUs and the host was very pleasant and easy to deal with. They had all the amenities that yoj would need for the beach. Very pleased. »

« Nice pool, quiet neighborhood, private balcony with swing was amazing with riverfront view. There is a 10 to 15 minute stroll to Cocoa Village that was all flat and a super easy walk along the riverside We even saw a dolphin! It has restaurants and a really nice kids park and splash pad. Definitely worth going to for the ice cream at Sweet Caroline’s, get the Brownie hot fudge sundae…absolutely delish! »

« It appeared the complex was undergoing repairs/renovation. There was no pool and access to the beach first night was blocked with yellow tape. The bathrooms on the first floor for beach goers to use were being renovated and were closed. Views from our 4th floor balcony were breathtaking and were consistent with picture on the site. However none of the windows opened to hear the ocean while sleeping. That info was not shared until we arrived and received the PDF instructions. :( The condo itself...
