« Nice pool, quiet neighborhood, private balcony with swing was amazing with riverfront view. There is a 10 to 15 minute stroll to Cocoa Village that was all flat and a super easy walk along the riverside We even saw a dolphin! It has restaurants and a really nice kids park and splash pad. Definitely worth going to for the ice cream at Sweet Caroline’s, get the Brownie hot fudge sundae…absolutely delish! »
