« Second time staying here and we will be back! Condo is perfect, location is wonderful as well. The condo is so thoughtfully stocked with beach toys, anything you need for cooking, even extra sunscreen, and books for the kids. The condo is ground level and right by the pool which was great. We were never bothered by pool or upstairs neighbors noises. The host has thought of everything and has created an inviting and welcoming home atmosphere. Highly recommend! « Great accommodations for a single/couple. Location 2 blocks from dipping your toes in the Atlantic and a bike ride away from everywhere I wanted to be. Kitchen was beautifully appointed with everything needed. Definitely will be looking to book this again. »

« My bedroom had an ocean view. The condo was very well stocked. It was comfortable as could be. Nice big shower! And the property owners are wonderful people, and nearby if needed! »

« On check in we found a loaded 9mm pistol. There were huge Palmetto bugs in the kitchen. A dirty tooth brush on the couch. So much dust, we left yesterday because we could not breathe. Dirty wash cloths in the drawer in the bathroom. Soda bottles behind the nightstand. Toothpicks and other trash on the floor. Just absolutely horrible. 4 broken coffee pots in the kitchen! Called the Sheriff's office and they took the gun and gave me a report. I am requesting a full refund! »

« My daughter and I took a quick trip to Cocoa Beach to visit family and escape the cold, wet NY spring. What a wonderful find this condo was! Immediately upon opening the door, we could smell how fresh and clean it was. We had everything we could have possibly need during our 4 night stay. The kitchen is stocked, there are beach towels, chairs, a cooler, a beach blanket and more! It is located literally steps away from the beach. We got up early each morning and watched the sunrise. « We really enjoyed staying here however our recommendations would be to get a higher toilet seat especially if you have older guests with knee issues and a different faucet in the bathroom sink. It's difficult to wash your face with the faucet taking up the majority of the sink. »
