« This is an excellent house for hosting a large group and/or a party. We were in Gainesville for my granddaughter’s graduation and this house suited us perfectly. Plenty of room for our family to stay and perfect space to host a small celebration for our graduate and her friends. Luis was very responsive to my requests. « The host family was wonderful! They communicated well from day one prior to check in. My family had plenty of space to enjoy themselves! The screened in back patio was my grandmothers favorite spot all 3 days. The home is beautiful. We had children from age 3-18 and everyone was happy! « The property was in poor shape. The baseboards and doors were all scratched up and the bathroom had evidence of mold from a shower door that did not close/seal properly. The kitchen supplies were limited and there was only one dish towel available. « Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised.
