« Very secluded, peaceful and quiet. Extremely family friendly. Very clean, neat and extremely well organized. Had everything we needed to cook for all of us. Everyone had a great time! Grandkids had a blast, even caught some fish. The property exceeded our expectations. »

« Had a great time connecting with old high school friends who now live spread out along the eastern seaboard. House was clean and comfortable. Pool table and fooseball table we big hits. We were able to park a boat at the dock. »

« My husband and our dogs spent the week here and it was everything we needed. Just be warned that the house is located at the bottom of a steep hill. The only grass available is at the top of the hill. I would recommend putting your boat in prior to arriving to the home, as backing it down was difficult. « This was our third stay at this property. Kids were very excited about all the gaming opportunities, the proximity to the arcade, and of course, the fishing and the swimming off the dock. The family loved the lake view, the well supplied kitchen, and overall experience. We plan to be back! »

« The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

« Hands down, the nicest, most enjoyable vacation rental experience to date. This house is not only more beautiful than most primary homes, it had absolutely everything a large family/group would need - and then some. The manager and her team had the property ready and accessible to my family well in advance of normal check-in (and communicated it early in the day), making it so easy for those arriving early or living nearby to settled and stock the kitchen.
