« Issue with AC when we arrived. Contacted host she helped as best she could. I was able to correct the problem the next morning. Location was fantastic and the cabin was VERY clean. Parking area is pretty small but felt safe & secure. My only issue was the AC was not easy to use and the internet service was pretty iffy for me, my wife had no problems. Really enjoyed the stay and will most likely be staying again if the opportunity comes up. »

« The property owners were fantastic—responsive and thoughtful, checking in via VRBO to make sure we were settled in. The home was cozy and well-equipped, with a comfortable living space and reliable amenities. We noticed some dog hair in the living room and were unable to connect to Wi-Fi with the password listed in the binder, but that didn’t take away from an otherwise clean, well-maintained, and relaxing stay. »

« The cottage was exactly as pictured. Ie was clean and had everything we needed. Heidi was great at communicating and answering our questions. The location is perfect; it is an easy in & out to Silver Dollar City using the Lot 5 Lake parking area. It is also an easy drive to Branson and Table Rock dam. »

« Property lioks amazing, customer service is non existent. Not given what was booked. Customer service representative was sarcastic and rude. Spoke with manager, assured it would be taking care of and moved to correct accommodations as soon aa they became available. "A while black was hit with maintainance issues." The smaller cabins we were given had dirty laundry all throughout and 3 bags of laundry on front porch. The unit smelled like burning electrical components when the AC unit was turned...

The two main issues we found was that, first, the vanity sink had a huge clog we had to fix before we could really use the sink, and, second, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan or a window, so we had to be a little strategic about when we could use the restroom so the apartment didn't get stinky... »
