« Spacious and welcoming, this “retreat” was perfect for our family’s time near Dayton. The plentiful deck areas made for pleasant outdoor time. The kitchen had most of what one needs to prepare meals and all appliances worked properly. We really enjoyed our stay! »

« House looks just like in pictures, fairly clean although light fixtures did have cobwebs and shower floor needs deep cleaning. Kitchen is great. Bathroom is huge, almost too big, while bedroom doesn't have a closet and feels tight...We went to a Mexican restaurant ( it felt more like diner ) in Altamont, couldn't find any other places to eat in the area...We loved hiking in Savage Gulf State Park and the Caverns in Pelham are awesome ! We arrived on Friday pm, had 2 full days to hike and visit...

« Really fun place to stay with kids. Dock is private and peaceful and we caught several fish at various points in our stay. Kids enjoyed the bunkbeds and it was nice to have a separate bathroom for the kids with a bathtub. The host was extremely courteous and very accommodating to us. Thanks! »

« We had a great stay at the lakefront cabin in Watts Bar. Our family enjoyed fishing off the pier, and the accommodations were very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. Some things to consider is that the only bedroom on the main level has a full sized bed, not a queen, and the other bedroom room is downstairs in the basement. The basement does not have A/C.
