« The location on Signal Mountain was amazing! We loved being able to quickly and easily get into downtown Chattanooga. The property itself was peaceful and relaxing with turkeys roaming the woods while I enjoyed my coffee on the porch. Definitely make sure you follow the instructions on the driveway and know that if you drive a large vehicle, go ahead and plan on having to back out of the driveway. »

« This place was the highlight of our trip! We spent one night in Nashville and then headed to Sparta. This Home was absolutely darling….peaceful country living at its best! The host was full of southern hospitality. Very kind and helpful. If you plan on coming to Tennessee and want to explore the nearby waterfalls, this is an excellent spot! »

« The tiny house was centrally located to many waterfalls and nice hikes. It was clean and as described by the listing. The projector was a nice touch. Would recommend. »

« This house is beautiful. Newer (like brand new) construction with high quality everything. We only used the downstairs master suite, which had a fantastic bathroom and the bedroom had access to the outdoor dining area. While we didn't use the upstairs (only accesible by a spiral staircases), it has two nice bedrooms and another nice full bathroom. We only stayed one night while passing through the area, but we were able to enjoy the hiking trails at nearby Savage Gulch State Park. »

« Our family had a wonderful spring gathering at the mountain retreat for my husband's 70th birthday! There were things to do for ALL ages. Everyone had a great time. Teresa has obviously put some thought and effort into providing whatever you might need. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend there to check out the area more. »

« We had a great time at the house. We brought our own kayak trailer, so we loved that the house had the under deck storage. Plenty of parking. The neighborhood is older, but it was very quiet and felt safe. The hot tub was a wonderful addition. The kitchen was well supplied and they even had cleaning supplies, paper towels, spices, butter, fridge condiments. More than we were expecting, because we brought our own supplies too. « The host was very responsive and we were able to check in early. Overall the inside of the house was clean and tidy. There were a few white towels that looked to have had makeup on them, but there were plenty so we just didnt use those. We appreciated that the property was pet friendly. The outside spaces were a bit of a concern. We were aware that the dock was closed, but both the back and front porches are in desperate need of repair. The wood is old and splintered.
