« The house was amazing and the view incredible. The beds were extremely comfy and the house had everything you need. We enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. »

« Property was exactly as listed and shown no hidden details which was actually very nice compared to many places we’ve stayed before. It was a quaint farm town and the property was not too far away from restaurant, sites along with amenities. The property was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. We recommend this without reservation. I will also add many pet friendly properties smell or don’t accommodate well. This one did not smell, was well kept and had pet towels and blankets provided....

« The host was very thoughtful, nice and communication was great. They Made sure we was safe during the rain storm. Check in was Easy and the place was very clean and well kept. The location was in reasonable distance to restaurants and things to do in downtown chattanooga. I would definitely come back to stay again. »

« My MIL's family is from Dayton, so we visit once every year or two to reconnect with extended family. This place is perfect for gathering and entertaining! The adults visited on the back deck while the kids fished and swam. When we got a pop-up rain shower, we moved to the screen porch.Everyone had a blast! We will be back...Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! »

« We were coming to TN for my daughter's horse competition and decided to make a vacation out of it. The property was beautiful and was perfect for the two of us. We were only 20 minutes from the horse show and it was so nice to have the lake view to wake up to each morning! »

« The house is beautiful, lot is beautiful, neighborhood is beautiful. So close to great hiking. Maureen was helpful and gracious. Couldn’t recommend this house more. We had a great time. »

« We really enjoyed our stay in Shane's Cottage! It was roomier than pictured. Everything we needed was available - plenty of kitchen ware, towels, blankets, etc. It was so peaceful. We enjoyed S'mores by the fire each evening, serenaded by frogs and crickets. Watching the fireflies come out was a sweet way to end our day. Shawn and Lester were great and their cat KoKo was super sweet! »

« We loved the cottage! It was very cozy, beautiful view of the lake, and the covered boat house was very nice and conveniently close to the boat ramp.Everything we could possibly need was provided, communication with the host was prompt. We would definitely stay here again! »

« The house was exactly as described. The beds were comfy, the view was beautiful. 7 friends came together in this cozy house! We had to download an app so we would know what all the bird calls were. We watched the loons and other waterfowl all weekend. We will be back next year! »

« Overall great stay at this adorable cottage with so much more room than the pictures show! Tastefully decorated with all the kitchen amenities you will need. Beds are comfortable and the Hot Tub is a great feature after a long day of whatever you may want to do in the area! Koi pond and outdoor sitting areas are wonderful!! We had some rain so not as much outdoor sitting as we would have liked, but the covered patios made up for it! You can't go wrong with this beautiful property!! »
