« Views of the river are amazing in a locale that feels very secluded in a very hilly, woodsy area off of a very narrow mountain road, which is what we were looking for but we also wanted privacy from other people and a place to sit out, relax, enjoy the views and maybe even enjoy the river. From the promotional photos (of kayaks and boats launches) it looks like you can do all that but when you get there, it's not the case. « We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was very clean and very comfortable. Check in and Check out was very easy. We highly recommend this host! »

« Liked the location of property. Black mold down stairs. Stairs are not good for people with bad backs. Overall it was a nice place , but will be staying where there’s not as many stairs. »

« Amazing mountain view and Tennessee river. Great fishing and weather for kayaking. Close to several hiking trails and lookouts. »

« They unit was clean all appliances were in good condition as well as the furnishings. The heating and cooling systems fan was noisy but provided comfortable temperature levels quickly. Instructions for operation of the TV would be helpful it went to a blank screen or froze multiple times. The stay was enjoyable and the items mentioned above were not something that would prevent a return or a recommendation. »

« The unit was clean and well appointed. We were 6 adults, 1 eight year old and 1 one year old. Due to a snow storm some of our plans were canceled but there was plenty of room for us to spread out, some played board games, others watched tv or did their electronics. The sidewalks were shoveled and salted and the parking lot was cleaned and salted. »
