« Needed a quiet place to stay in Princeton WV while working a job there for a couple weeks. This place was an absolute gem! Nice and cozy remodeled cabin in the woods. Definitely off the beaten path, but well worth the find. Would love to stay there again if the time and place called for it. »

« Extended family of 13 stayed for over Labor Day weekend and we had a wonderful time. The views are STUNNING and with two levels of wrap around porches you almost feel as though you’re in a treehouse Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and one lovely rainbow, wildlife sightings daily, and total peace and serenity. Comfy beds, plenty of seating for large groups. We spent most of our time in the cabin together, but Pipestem State Park is just down the road and the cabin is only about 20 minutes to...

« Cozy feeling to the cabin..beautiful, peaceful setting on the lake. We saw deer walking through the yard! So amazing! Will definitely return for another stay. We hosted a family cookout for about 12 people, and one family member requested information and interest about property for his own famiky getaway. The hist was always prompt about answering all questions we had. Really enjoyed our stay »

« This is the sweetest little lake house. Very beautiful and quiet. We need to come back when we can just sit on the deck and enjoy the space. The house had plenty of linens, coffee and some cute little gifts. The bed was very comfortable. The shower does make a loud noise when you turn it on. But nice hot water. »

« Wonderful home with lots of clean, comfortable indoor spaces and great side deck for relaxing and cooking/eating. We came as a family for golf at Pipestem and it couldn’t have been more convenient. We will be back! »

« Nancy is very friendly, responsive, and timely to any needs or questions that may come up. She checked in frequently to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we needed anything...I would not hesitate to recommend Nancy's place! »

« The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper! The queen and king beds are comfortable, the bunk beds are great for young ones; daughter slept fine on it. The only reason why I rated the online listing a 4 vice a 5, there were...

« Amazing location, with walking access to the river. The house is close enough to campus that you can easily get an uber to a game. This place was pet-friendly and had the cutest kitchen. All around great experience. »

« We had a great time! The little town is great and the house was nice and spacious. We had everything we needed and the communication was top notch. It was a little cobwebby but I assume that is just because it’s a little rustic and in the country and it didn’t bother me. »
