« Megan was a fantastic host. She was extremely accommodating as the hockey game we went to watch moved their start time up, and we had to ask for an earlier check-in time. She generously said that was not a problem. Communication was great. The room was comfortable, clean, and convenient. Very close to downtown college and the stadium. Even gifted us a welcome bottle of wine. Would stay again!!! »

« The home was perfect for my stay. I didn't use the kitchen, but the bedrooms were perfect and the bathroom was very nice.Teresa left free drink vouchers for the coffee shop below the home, which I thought was a kind gesture. If I need to go visit my family again I will definitely be rebooking this rental. »

« We arrived at approximately 7pm, and according to directions (late check-in after 7pm) I left a message but received no phone call back.A nice man on the Ranch gave me the entrance code. We entered the room to find dirty sheet rolled-up on the bed and dirty towels laying on the floor in the bathroom. I have pictures which I can post.It was awkward and disgusting and unclean. There was nobody present to address this issue with. We left promptly (around 8pm) and found a hotel room locally. »

« We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with pans & bedrooms were clean. All the rooms were clean! Comfortable sitting area inside. Plenty of & chairs available for sitting around a fire or grilling. Plenty of room to pull a boat in & pull right out. »

« This property was perfect for the two weeks I stayed in State College. It's about a 10 minute drive from the PSU campus and places to shop for groceries and supplies. The rental itself is spacious and quiet with a full kitchen and laundry room. I worked from there for a couple of days and the Wifi was excellent. It would be best for a couple, although there is room for 1-2 other people (in that case it would be more like a hotel room that sleeps 4 since it's all one open space, but much bigger...
