« During our stay, we encountered several issues that I want to bring to your attention. The first room had black hair and stains on the sheets, stained pillows, and a shower/tub drain that was completely plugged. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bath towels provided were very small. The breakfast was also disappointing. The waffle batter ran out and there was no staff available to notify. « I have a service animal. That was no problem. They would probably charge for pet normally, clean room easy access. Good price,The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. But it's so reasonable it didn't really matter to me. »
