« Our stay at this guesthouse was perfect. The house was spotless and fully stocked with all the amenities a family could need (and more). The layout of everything and the decor is so charming, making everything bright and inviting. My 5 year old grandson loved staying on a farm for the first time and especially loved playing with the new puppies. If you have children, this is definitely the right place to stay at. « This house was wonderful- everything described in the listing and more. We loved the historic fireplace and the outstanding renovations to make the house comfortable. Our favorite part was that it was SO quiet! The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. We wanted to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, and besides the occasional clop clop of an Amish horse & cart this house allowed us to do that beautifully. We enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to Sight &Sound...

« It is a beautiful setting and secluded. The house is huge and all amenities are there. The furnishings are high end. The house is House Beautiful inside and out. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is better than a five star hotel!! It is pet friendly. My Labrador mix was happy! »

« Well landscaped and appointed, with rolling and beautiful farmland, & a small pristine cow pasture out the front door, layers of wonderful Pa. woods surrounding it. Sweet Arow Lake nearby is a wonderful hike with a nice waterfall. Trout stocked year round. The farm nearby is not objectionable at all, but a line of arborvitae would screen even that. Then you are in a private and beautiful world. »
