« It was a quick visit (and we had one great weather day and the rest overcast and/or rainy), but were very comfortable at the house. It was impeccably clean and we had a great time out on the water - we used the pontoon, what a huge convenience, and well-maintained. Carmen was very responsive and we had no problems. We forgot our roku stick so were a little limited in what we could watch, but that's on us, and we managed fine. The wifi worked great and there were tons of games for us to play!...

« Long weekend with long-time friends. The dock was perfect to enjoy and store the pontoon while we were there. The home is beautiful, beds are comfy, plenty of kitchen stuff for cooking. Lots of stairs to the water, but easy enough to navigte. Had a great time! »

« The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Renting the boat was a very easy process. The host comminicates promptly. It is located in a quiet part of the lake with minimal lake traffic noises. The views are beautiful. Be prepared for a steep drive down the driveway and a steep walk down to the dock - both are worth it! My only complaint is that the ground floor bedroom has full windowed doors (one facing the driveway and the others face the deck with the hot tub) and do not have any...

We went boating, kayaking, swimming, sat out by a fire in the fire pit at night, went out to eat and to see the Abraham Lincoln / Civil War Museum. On our boat we explored many of the rivers attached to the lake. Sitting out on the deck was so beautiful and peaceful.
