« Absolutely beautiful and cozy place to stay. It is tucked away from noise, but is within a 10 minute drive to many restaurants and stores. The house was perfect for our getaway to Raystown (about 15 minutes) and Delgrossos (about 35 minutes). The host was wonderful and checked in with us on VRBO. The fire pit is a perfect place to make s'mores and to play corn hole. Everything was neat and clean. If we come back to Raystown, we would absolutely stay here again. »

« Great place to stay. Our whole family was able to be together and spend quality time with one another. It was comfortable and welcoming! It was so helpful to have a stocked kitchen, large table (big enough for everyone to eat around), and a washer and dryer. The game room was an added bonus! The trail around the house was really the only place to explore near the house. The roads are narrow, so walking or biking were not safe. However, the town was 10-15 minutes away and allowed for many...

« We had an amazing time! We were able to fully utilize the kitchen and grill to prepare meals throughout the whole weekend as the appliances worked and there was enough cooking ware for our needs. The bathrooms were clean and the hot tub was nice! The table games in the basement were fun to use too!Some of the doors were hard to fully close and/or lock. The lock box at the front door was finicky too. There was a broken step down to the river that should be fixed as it's currently a hazard »

« I stayed here for a girls weekend for my bachelorette weekend. We didn’t want to “party” we wanted to relax before the big day! This was the perfect location. We enjoyed all the games already there, hot tub, cleanliness etc. we plan to make this a yearly trip »

« Ross and Alison have curated a wonderful place to stay in Berkeley Springs. It is refined, warm and comfortable. The house is beautifully restored, with wonderful artwork, a kitchen with all the gear and dinnerware you could want, copper bar tools for mixing your favorite drinks (mules recommended in the copper cups), multiple places to relax, both indoor and out, and plush beds to sink into at night.The location in the center of town makes everything an easy walk, with good food and drinks...

« The Guest House was delightful! It was comfortable, well-equipped and decorated with the cutest decor. A lot of pride had gone into the house and grounds. Research the Storyland Park. The view is so pretty from the front porch and you might see some wildlife. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows, blankets and towels. Wi-Fi worked great, too. The owners are nearby and very nice. Be prepared to contact them for check-in instructions. This adds a nice personal touch where we...
