« The fenced in backyard isn't entirely fenced, so you cant just let your dog go. The host didn't send me the unlock code till after I was there and I had to message them about it, then the code they sent didnt even work. Luckily my wife is good at guessing. The air conditioner filters were so clogged it wouldn't cool..had to clean them out myself..the private swimming and fishing dock is way far down a horribly washed out road..I did enjoy the location and the privacy..if someone less capable was...

« Very friendly host. The house was clean. If I could make a suggestion, we did a lot of cooking and I never did find a colander to drain the water off the noodles I was cooking or a bowl large enough to put mashed potatoes in. Those were a couple of things that would have made cooking a little easier. Other than it was a great time! We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Someone has a green thumb. The flowers are beautiful. »

« What a lovely property! Right on the river with a great firepit. The house is super clean and comfortable. Super views from the living room. The Master is roomy with an attached sitting room. It is located next to the boat ramp, but with a nice tree windbreak inbetween there is privacy and not noisy. Tommy is a super host with great communication! We will want to stay here again when we are back in Northern Arkansas! All in all a perfect stay! »

« We spent two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless and the view of Lake Norfolk was breathtaking. We went to relax and did exactly that. The property was filled with wildlife which included 7 deer that seemed to live in the backyard. Lots of birds and the home was set up to view the lake and wildlife all across the back of the house. We will definitely return the next time we simply want to relax. »
