« Wonderful home on beautiful grounds. Wonderful cazebo overlooking a creek boardering the rear of the property. Sandra met us shortly after we arrived inviting us in like family with a tour of the house and our room. Breakfast was marvelous with all you could want. »

Nestled in the countryside near Staunton on an actual working farm, this B&B hits all the requirements. « Bill’s place suited our needs for a family weekend perfectly. The space has plenty of room to spread out and space to come together as a family of 7. We enjoyed the large screen TV to watch fall football and the pool table for some competitive fun. We enjoyed learning about the sweet villiage full of history the house is located in. Bill thought of all of the small things to make a comfortable stay… coffee, breakfast, snacks and a fully equipped kitchen. We would not hesitate to stay again. »

« We pulled in at 5pm and were promptly greeted by Bill (Judie's husband). He checked us in and gave us a brief tour of the building and the farm. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the bathroom with the slipper claw foot tub was very nice. It was modern but maintained much of the character we appreciate. Breakfast was excellent, and included an impromptu lesson from Bill on (re)construction of the premises. Unfortunately Judie was under the weather, so we didn't get a chance to meet...

« It was nice and secluded, We loved the country charm, all the reclaimed wood makes the building very unique. Modern amenities like flat screens and DirecTV make the later evening quite pleasant. We enjoyed the outside sitting areas and all the lights strung up. Justin was so helpful and accommodating, we came in late and they treated us like we had been there all night! « I stayed at this place because it was one of the few places still available in the area. I completely lucked out and had the most amazing experience. Not only was everything cozy and clean but we had almost hte entire upstairs to ourself. We had a spacious bathroom with a tub to definitely write home about, a kitchenette area, a common room, and the bedroom. I definitely got my money's worth and more! »
