« Cabin seemed very cozy at first until it got cold outside. It was a little drafty, especially upstairs. Glad we brought extra blankets! I did however find that we somehow turned off a switch in the laundry room to one of the baseboard heaters in the living room. Probably wouldn’t have been as cold had we known that. « This cabin was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It is secluded and completely private. The hot tub was so nice with a nice view of the meadow. It snowed on our first night and made everything so beautiful. Everything was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. « The house was exactly like the listing mentioned. I loved the clean and simple home with the wooden animal decor. The home and outdoor area have a lot to offer. « Probably one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Clean, great location, peaceful, and the host even decorated for the holidays. The only iffy part of the experience was that the water left a bit of a residue, almost like the soap never fully rinsed off when washing your hands. Not really a complaint but if anyone else stays and experiences this know it’s likely just a water softener and not something gross or scary. »

« Beautiful setting and location. Well constructed log cabin. Spa a plus. Sheets and comforters very soft. Clean cabin. Well insulated. TV is huge and archaic/old. Dominated the room but only supplied basic service and not adaptable. The only room with no heat was the bathroom which was really the only room that would have benefited from having heat. « This is a fantastic property, other than the last half mile. The road is rocky and steep but we had no trouble driving all-wheel drive vehicles. The loft wasn’t usable but we made do with the pullouts. Great well equipped kitchen made our Thanksgiving meal a breeze. I highly recommend this place! »
