« Vacasa sent us directions to the lake house we cancelled instead of the new one on the river, so that caused some issues after driving all day (376 miles). « There was one major issue before we arrived to the correct cabin. Vacasa sent the directions to the cabin we cancelled back in March that was on the lake, when we were supposed to receive directions for the riverside cabin. After driving 376.7 miles, we were led on a wild goose chase. We were a caravan of 2 vehicles. The directions were confusing and we spent a good hour locating the wrong place! I had to text and then they apologized and sent the correct directions. We were all a bit upset...
