« Host was superb! There was shampoo and conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. Lots of towels and blankets etc. blow dryers in both bathrooms. Tv worked great and we just logged into an our own streaming services easily. Very clean. He provided laundry detergent as well. There was a nice view of Utah lake from the hot tub. Couch was very comfy to watch Christmas movies from. Close to downtown Provo and Orem. »

« We had a great stay. We had great communication before and during our stay. Quiet, clean and easy to work with. They also had some uniqe games that were a variation of traditional games that we really enjoyed as we are a game not TV or scrolling family. We truly enjoyed our stay and they met all our needs and responded quickly to any queations we had. Above all customer service was great and that is not too common anymore. »

"Isolation ( bruit) horrible, j'avais l'impression que les fenêtres etaient ouvertes tellement le bruit de l'autoroute etait fort, j'entendais aussi les voisins de chambre parler. Le personnel a l'acceuil n'est pas tres aidant, sec, reponses tres limitées, aucun effort, aucun sourire, ne cherche pas a aider. on dirait que je faisait affaire a des robots. j'etais etonnee de ne pas avoir de service de chambre avant jour 3, j'ai du faire mon lit seule."
