« Good location, easy access to bus, good parking. Apartment was good size and utilities was good. But the cleaning was not good, toilet was not cleaned at all, some prescription medication was found next to the bed cups and glasses not properly washed. The door to the bathroom was hanging loose and you have to lift it while closing the door for it to properly close. »

« The apartment we rented was very clean and well maintained. The pictures give an accurate picture of what the apartment looks like. Also it was very quiet. We had some issues figuring out the lock box but the owner showed us how that worked.The apartment is about 15 minute walk from the metro. The pictures on Vrbo helped us find it. The kitchen area and appliances were in excellent condition. Some instructions on how to use the stove, dishwasher and washing machine would be helpful. »

« I booked 2 apartments, but I was not let in and the owner wasn't helpful. I had to get hotels.com re-imburse the payment while I had to book somewhere else. This was a very annoying experience. I would not recommend Optimal Apartments, but hotels.com was very helpful. »
